EXW
Ex Works
The seller makes the goods available at their own premises; loading, transport and customs, with all costs and risk, are on the buyer.
Our services
Market research, export and import support, procurement, strategic planning, sourcing and logistics management: consulting and operational support for every link of foreign trade.
01
Before entering a new market you need to see your product's real potential there. We analyse demand, competition, price levels, distribution channels and import regulations to make your decision easier.
Scope
02
Selling abroad means managing quotations, contracts, documents and shipments correctly. We plan the export operation, coordinate the parties involved and follow the process from start to finish.
Scope
03
In imports, compliance and timing matter as much as cost. By planning supplier terms, documents, customs requirements and total landed cost in advance, we reduce surprises.
Scope
04
Finding the right supplier, getting the right price and securing quality takes time and experience. We run supplier research, sampling and negotiation on your behalf.
Scope
05
Without a plan for which market, which channel and which price, wasted resources are almost certain. We prepare a growth plan that respects your targets, budget and capacity.
Scope
06
The right transport mode, delivery term and timing directly affect cost and risk. We build logistics plans around terms such as EXW and FOB and follow each shipment end to end.
Scope
Incoterms
Incoterms rules divide costs, risk and responsibility between buyer and seller. We choose the term that fits your trade best and set up the operation around it.
